The JPD series Drum Twister Type Laying-up Machine is mainly used for stranding power cables with large cross-section and great length, as well as split conductors and telephone cable. It can strand pre-spire or non-spire cores for stranded cable. It can also be used for steel-armoring or Cu-screening the cable.

旋轉放線架、導線架、填充繩放線架、旋轉線模座、相位檢出裝置、非金屬繞包裝置、金屬帶繞包裝置、轉履帶牽引機、收線盤絞頭、液壓升降平臺、傳動系統(tǒng)、氣動液壓系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)、安全防護圍柵。另可根據(jù)用戶需求增加鋼絲鎧裝裝置。

Rotary pay-off, guiding stand, filling rope pay-off strand, rotary mold stand, sector correction unit, non-metal taping device, metal taping device, rotary caterpillar, take-up drum twisting head, hydraulic lifter, transmission system, pneumatic and hydraulic control system, electric control system, safety fencing, etc. Steel armoring unit can be added according to customer’s requirements.
